US WARRANTY

All new NORD ARMS USA firearms are warranted to the original retail purchaser for a period of one (1) year. Within 30 days of purchase the warranty must be activated by submission at https://nordarms-usa.com/warranty-activation/The warranty will then go into effect in the name of the original purchaser based on the original purchase date for a period of one (1) year.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

1) misuse or accidents.

2) failure to provide proper care or maintenance.

3) failure to comply with instructions in the manual.

4) normal wear and tear.

5) rust or corrosion.

6) obstructions in the barrel.

This warranty does not cover any claims made by the second or subsequent owners of any NORDARMSUSA product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages within the United States, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

NORDARMSUSA does not authorize any dealer or any other person to vary the terms of this warranty or to make any other express warranties.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

Contact NORD ARMS USA at (779) 800-6428 between the hours of 9 am – 4 pm CST and ask to speak to a customer service representative. Please make sure to have your gun’s Serial Number when calling because it’s required to initiate service procedures. Once our representative has the necessary information, they will provide your RMA# and instructions for shipping the firearm, at your cost, to us for Warranty Service. Upon receipt, your firearm will be examined by our service department and repaired at no charge if it qualifies for warranty service. If your warranty has lapsed or it is determined that the warranty doesn’t apply, one of our technicians will contact you with a repair estimate. Once warranty service is completed your gun will be returned (to the original shipping address only) at no charge.

Please note: DEALERS DO NOT PERFORM ANY WARRANTY SERVICE. Also, any modifications using after-market parts may void your limited warranty.
